All the exercises must be performed in excellent form so injuries are avoided. Weight training is a great strength base for all sports and for anyone who wants to gain muscle or wants to reduce pain. It must be performed at least twice a week.

Cross Training is a Circuit of exercises that uses a variety of training equipment to get a full body workout in your training session. A safe, fun and easy way to enhance weight loss and improve overall fitness . It is a light version of Crossfit.


TABATA - H.I.I.T

Tabata or H.I.I.T is a high-intensity workout that includes fitness and weight-loss benefits. It is also a very short workout but very Effective.
